We deliver and the customer helps us set it up (Set up requires 2 strong people at this price the customer provides 1 person we provide 1 person) $145 (for one calander day)

Option 2

We deliver and we set it up $195 (for one calander day)

Option 3

We deliver it, we set it up and we operate it $220 for the first 3 hours $15 for each additional hour
