Option 1: We deliver and the customer helps us set it up (Set up requires 2 strong people at this price the customer provides 1 person we provide 1 person)$150 (for one calander day)
Option 2: We deliver and we set it up $200 (for one calander day)
Option 3: We deliver it, we set it up and we operate it $225 for the first 3 hours $15 for each additional hour
